Thanks to the central location on Stadtkai, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and post offices are all close by. The farmers’ market is also within walking distance. The “bus-on-demand” stops in front of one of the residences.

• Meetings, walking groups, gymnastics, mental health training, parties of various kinds and other celebrations are held regularly for elderly people in the community and in the residence.
• The Seniorenklub Stadt seniors club meets regularly at the common room of the Roseggerstraße 4 senior citizens’ residence.
• Counselling specifically for senior citizens

• Organisation and arrangement of mobile services such as mobile nursing services, household help and meals at home, etc.
